Based on my experience, I firmly believe that the closer a condo comes to the advantages of a house, the greater its likelihood of success. Currently, Brickell lacks a wide variety of prime residences that can effectively replace single-family homes. Finding a spacious 4-bedroom unit, especially one over 279 square meters (3,000 square feet), is a challenge in this area. Despite growing demand, only a few new condos cater to those seeking ample prime living spaces. With its exceptional bayfront location, focus on prime residences, and the prestigious St. Regis brand, I am extremely optimistic about the condo's exceptional performance .Atualmente, Brickell carece de uma ampla variedade de residências principais que possam substituir efetivamente as casas unifamiliares.
